Our Rates

We at Steel Magnolia Commercial Kitchen are pleased to assist you with any questions or concerns.

Steel Magnolia is available 24 hours a day except when indicated for holidays and regular maintenance.  There is a 3 hour minimum rental. We can accommodate a wide range of situations from a one-time use to regular recurring times during a week or month. 

Kitchen Rental
First 3 hours	$140.00
Additional hours	$40.00/hour

Classes
Four hour class	$100.00
Four to eight hour class	$200.00
Setup/takedown assistance is available.

The price of the rental includes all utilities (electricity, gas, water) and trash pick-up. There are no other charges.

Full payment is due prior to your use of the Kitchen.  Please see the FAQ for additional information on our cancellation policy and deposit refunds.
