The first step most prospective clients take is to make an appointment to see the kitchen. This can be done by calling us or sending an email. Since we’re not always available for showings it’s important to make an appointment first. We will make our best effort return all inquiries within 24 hours. We're available to show you around evenings and weekends, answer any questions, and provide you with the paperwork you'll need to reserve your time slots. Our extensive equipment is listed on the Equipment page.
The next step is to determine if the kitchen is available when you need it. Check under reservations to reserve the Kitchen. Times that are listed as tentative may be available. Please call for further information.
The last step is to fill out the required paperwork or provide the documents listed below. This includes:
- Valid sanitation certificate (ie ServSafe).
- Proof of liability insurance with Steel Magnolia Kitchen listed as an additional insured.
- A signed operating agreement with Steel Magnolia.
- Deposit of $200 which will be refunded if the kitchen is left in a clean condition for the next client and you are out of the kitchen by the end of your reserved hours.
